Before Kevin could react, Karla the stylist leaned the seat back as far as it would go. She turned on the water, checked its temperature and began to wet his hair down. “Not too hot is it?” She asked him.
A little surprised that she would even care how he felt, Kevin stuttered. “Ummm…” “No, I guess not.”
“Good” Karla smiled as she lathered up his unruly hair. “We want this to go well for you, don’t we?”
She turned and said to Kevin’s sister and smiled. This might take a while.” “You might want to come back in a couple of hours.” “There’s a coffee shop around the corner.” She added “You could hang out there.”
Janet frowned and grabbed her things. “Yeah, OK”. She felt a little guilty leaving her brother at the salon but in the end left for the coffee shop. The bell on the door signaled her departure.
“Ok, now that she’s gone.” Karla whispered in Kevin’s ear. “Let’s have some fun shall we?” “I’m gonna make those dreams of yours come true, so just lean back and relax.”
“Dreams? “ Kevin wondered. “What dreams?” But despite the uncertainty of his situation, he did indeed begin to relax. The warmth of the water and the fragrance of the shampoo were like a tranquilizer to Kevin. He felt himself calming as she reached under his head, cradling it. His hands released their death grip on the armrests of the salon chair as Karla rinsed the lather from his hair, while speaking to him in a calm, soft voice she asked him. “Have you ever had your hair done before?”
“No….” Kevin blushed. “But, I…” His voice trailed off.
“But you always wanted to know what it felt like, right?’’ Karla finished his sentence.
“How… How did you know?” Kevin gasped almost vaulting out of the chair.
Karla held him down slightly. “It’s OK, Princess.” She cooed. “Did you really think you were the only boy who ever felt that way?” “Did you think you were the only boy who wanted to feel pretty?” “Honey, if I had a dollar…”
“Seriously?” Kevin asked. “You mean other guys have done this?”
“Oh sure, Sweetie.” Karla answered. “You’d be surprised how many boys have sat in that chair just like you are now.” “You know you really have pretty hair.” Karla continued. “Some of the women who come in here would kill for locks like yours. It’s a shame you don’t take care of it.”
She then opened a bottle and poured some purple liquid into her hands and began to work it into Kevin’s tresses.
“What is that?” Kevin demanded. “What are you doing?”
“It’s a conditioner, Princess.” The stylist explained. “It’s to take care of your split ends.” “Your hair is so dry” “It smells so pretty doesn’t it?”
“Yes”. Kevin said dreamily. “Very nice.” For a second he was 10 years old again, with his mother and his older sister Janet. Since he was too young to be left at home they had dragged him along. Kevin was sitting in a chair watching the two getting their hair done, Janet complaining all the while.
His daydream was interrupted by a soft towel covering his head. “Hey sleepyhead…” Karla whispered. “You still with me?” She began to towel dry Kevin’s hair. When it was sufficiently dry, Karla sprayed a fine mist of something on his hair and began to comb it through
“What is that?” A frightened Kevin asked.
“It’s a setting gel, Princess.” Karla answered. “This will help set the curls“
“Curls??” Kevin gasped in panic

The Girl Next Door Pt 2
I'd been Duped
On the pretence of making my face look scary for Halloween, the girl I liked more than anyone had tricked me into making me look like a girl.... and used Semi Permenant makeup that wouldn't come off for weeks, and shes gone off with her jerk of a boyfriend and left me looking like this.
I didnt realize that I had left the front door open while I was staring at myself in the mirror until a voice came from that direction,
"Hello, Hello, is anyone home?"
I turned in utter fear, someone was going to see me looking like a girl,
"Hi" the voice said "I'm Sally, you must be Marisa, we just rented the house next door"
Say what? Mo

The Girl Next Door Pt 3
Dear Diary,
This is the first day in our rented house, I went next door, as I had been told that a girl close to my age (Marisa) lived there and I was hoping to make friends with her so we could do things together as I didnt know anyone in the area.
When I went next door I found the front door wide open and that Marisa had gone away with her boyfriend for a few weeks, the person that told me this was her "cousin" Emily!!!!
The reason I say Emily!!!! is because she seemed to have to think of a name, instead of just saying it, I believe "she" is actually a "he" wearing girls makeup, he doesnt seem to pose a threat and looked just as worried

Sfc Your Such A Girl, Part 3
Please comment if you like my story, I love to hear from you all. One thing Ryan and Mike hadn’t thought of was the call that Sarah never got, obviously she became curious as to why the Lord hadn’t called to ask her to take over her house sitting duties. So she went to visit the Manor. Sarah ring the bell again for the third time, “You have to answer it” said Mike, “What will I say” asked Ryan in a panic, “Use your girl voice, tell her that the Lord and Lady are using another company to look after their home” Ryan got on the intercom, “Hello, who is this” he asked, “Hello my name is Sarah, I usually look after the Manor while the Lord and Lady are away and I haven’t heard from them, are they home, I’d like to speak to them please” ”What shall I tell her?” said Ryan, Tell her that they aren't here fo her to talk to, they have already left, …………“I’m sorry they aren’t home they have left to go on vacation” said Ryan, Mike held up two thumbs, “I’m sorry”
Thanks for all the kind comments so far. I hope you all like this chapter. I originally thought I could write this whole story in one setting, but it has invoked so many memories, that it’s taking a little longer than I thought. Please bear with me.
